Setelah cukup sukses dengan temuan cookie shot-nya, baru-baru ini Dominique Ansel menciptakan sesuatu yang simpel sekaligus cantik yaitu bunga yang bisa dimakan di atas secangkir kopi. Sayangnya saat ini masih tersedia hanya di cabang pastry shop-nya yang berlokasi di Jepang.
