Pullman Jakarta Central Park launches Indian Food Festival at Collage All Day Dining from 1 to 31 May 2015. The Resident Indian Chef, Ranjit Debnath, is in charge at Collage to spice up the culinary repertoire with a complex and authentic offering for a true cultural experience of India.
Indian food is distinctive and delicious, containing a unique blend of herbs and other exotic flavors and spices. It reflects a perfect blend of various cultures and ages. The diverse selection of Indian cuisine such as Mughlai Chicken (boneless chicken with creamy cashew nut gravy Indian spices), Tandoori Chicken (succulent piece of tender chicken marinated in Indian spices), Mutton Rogan Josh (classical lamb served with nann bread), and Murgh Badami Shorba (creamy chicken soup with almond and Indian herbs) are available on the buffet and ready to dazzle you with the vibrant flavors.
The lunch buffet at Collage All Day Dining is priced at IDR 278,000++ per person (Monday to Friday from 12.00 noon to 3.00 pm) and dinner buffet is priced at IDR 298,000++ per person (Sunday to Thursday from 6.00 pm to 10.00 pm) and at IDR 308,000++ per person (Friday & Saturday).
During Saturdays and Sundays from 11.30 am to 3.00 pm, book your seats and indulge in a spectacular Weekend Brunch at IDR 350,000++ per person and add IDR 250,000++ per person for a free flow of alcoholic beverages. You are also invited to enjoy Tea Masala at IDR 58,000++/ glass while dining in the restaurant.
