Keraton at The Plaza - Royal Week Indulgence

Sunday Brunch at Bengawan at Keraton at The Plaza has been a delight for the weekend treat seeker.

From October 2013, the delight extends to Saturdays for the ultimate royal indulgence on glorious food for brunch aficionados! Keraton at The Plaza’s culinary team is set to bring the finest dishes on the table every Saturday during lunchtime. Just like the popular Sunday Brunch, the Saturday Brunch menu features Chef’s specialties of live Foie Gras station, succulent Lobster Thermidor, slow roasted Wagyu Beef Prime Rib and premium live caviar station that features Sturia classic, Salmon Roe and Blinis.

Hairy Crab at Xin Hwa

Xin Hwa brings you the taste of autumn with lavish hairy crab seasonal delicacies. Executive Chef Jeff Lee has prepared an exquisite menu featuring traditional steamed hairy crab dishes, as well as Stir-fried King Prawns with Hairy Crab Roe and Meat, Braised Bean Curd with Hairy Crab Meat and Dried Scallops in Casserole, amongst others.
