MOONCAKE FESTIVAL at SHANGRI-LA JAKARTA

Shangri-La Hotel, Jakarta celebrates the Mid-Autumn Festival by offering guests with exclusive Shangri-La Mooncake gift sets. Carefully presented in luxurious packages, the mooncakes are available during the Mooncake Festival from 19 July to 19 September 2013. Under the direction of Chinese Executive Chef Benson Fok, Shang Palace prepares an elegant selection of eleven original moon cakes and seven mini moon cakes.
The traditional flavors of Shangri-La Hotel, Jakarta’s mooncakes are red bean paste, white lotus with single yolk, white lotus with double yolk, red lotus with single yolk, red lotus with double yolk, white lotus paste, red lotus paste, pandan paste, healthy five grains and offering two new flavors of white lotus paste with macadamia nut, and red lotus paste with macadamia nut. The hotel’s mini moon cakes feature snow skin durian, white lotus paste, red lotus paste, pandan paste, healthy five grain and also two new flavors of snow skin green tea and black sesame.
Presented in two types of mooncake packages – the Traditional Four Pieces Package and the Mini Six Pieces Bar Package – Shangri-La Hotel, Jakarta’s mooncakes are available starting from Rp 388,000 nett per package.
The mooncakes are on display and available for purchase at a dedicated booth in front of Lobby Lounge, at Shang Palace restaurant and at SATOO Deli Shop.
