My site is all about food thoroughly, but wait.. it’s not about food recipes, it’s not about those shallow culinary adventures from the foodie wannabes, and most certain, it’s not about the rest of those blogs about food.

So here, I proclaim that I am creating the new genre, the new way where people not only share a like or dislike towards the food they ate, but they criticize upon it!

They share their concerns!

They give their voices!

They don’t stay silent upon any insolence, injustices, and misdemeanors inflicted upon them and caused them bloodshed to their wallets!

Together, we shall usher the new age as food critics! All hail for the new era!

Ah well.. Actually, I just wanna let you know that my blog will consist of several types of post. In time, I may revise or add new types so that the blog will stay fresh, informative, and of course sharper.

Allow me to introduce them:

To make it clear, allow me to explain these to you.

Restaurant Review is an article about my dining experience in a certain venue written in the best details possible from my visit. It’s not only about the taste of the food, but also explaining the service, the price, the atmosphere, the ambience and every other aspects that a gastronomist needs to fathom and deliver perfectly. I also happen to add the scoreboard for it.

Restaurant/Product Advertorial is the way I assist in a good way. For example, restaurants asked me for a profile review and certain products are offered to me for reviews. Well, I just try to be nice a bit here but in the end, it’s just fun for me only to write about anything connected with food.

QuikSkoop™ is a briefer version of the usual articles. It was actually meant to boost my productivity while also serves as full articles for places that need not take long to describe. Quality of course, without excuses, is my number one priority no matter how short the article is.

NoPainNoBargain™ is an article about discounted foods in certain places. For instance, several mini markets or supermarkets offer lower prices after 7 or 8 PM. Through this article, I share not only the offers but also the options and the taste. The tricky part of this would probably about the joints that offer it, therefore please contribute any information regarding it and I’ll make sure to visit the place and post the review for you. Why the name? It’s because you gotta look for the place and wait until night just to get the food.

Spitter&Chewer™ are actually my two split personalities. Here, I experiment with certain products, not the whole restaurant. For example, brands of coffee, tea, milk, ice cream, etc. If it gets right in my mouth then I’m gonna be The Chewer. If it’s bad, then I gotta be The Spitter. You see, it’s fun playing between these two extremes sometimes.

FCK™, it doesn’t stand for the dirty word, ladies and gentlemen. It stands for Food Chain Killer. Here, I deploy all my abilities to judge how a fast food chain operates. All aspects will be discussed of course, however I haven’t yet formulated clearly about how to wrap it up clearly. Whether I’m gonna use a final judgment which comprises of several aspects or whether it’s gonna be like the Spitter&Chewer™? Not yet, but I’ll let you know.

Compilation is more like a personal selections of for example, romantic dinner spots or coffee bars and et cetera based on my preference. Usually I took my vast encyclopedia of my mind to recollect all those memories and compile it into a solid, robust post filled with my chosen ones.

While Interview is without doubt my personal encounters with public figures or anybody ‘important’ in culinary business. Thus I am interviewing them and sharing you something about such experience.

I’m updating this page from time to time. Since my creativity seem to know no boundaries, there might be other custom articles I will invent. I hope that will help you surf my blog. Enjoy the read and have a good time here!
